Softwarehinterlegung als Teil des Risikomanagements bei Outsourcingverträgen

Die Hinterlegung (Escrow) von Software- und sonstigen geschützten Materialien gewinnt auch im Rahmen von Outsourcing-Projekten mehr und mehr an Bedeutung. Am 30. Januar 2009 referierte Herr Dr. Lars Lensdorf im Rahmen des 4. OSE-Symposiums (Organisation pro Software Escrow / “Vom Informationsrecht zum Sicherheitsrecht”) zu diesem Thema.
